HARDIN — Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wyatt of Hardin will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 6 at Ferguson Springs Baptist Church fellowship hall. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple requests no gifts.

Mr. Wyatt and the former Carolyn June Elrod were married Nov. 11, 1961, by Hermon Luter at his home in Mayfield. Their attendants were Delmer and Sue Smith.

Mrs. Wyatt is retired from CTS. She is the daughter of the late Henry and Lillie Elrod.

Mr. Wyatt is retired from CTS and General Tire. He is the son of the late Wesley and Mattie Jo Wyatt.

They have two children: Jenny Adams of Mayfield and Stuart Wyatt of Benton; and four grandchildren.
