PHOENIX — Gerald “Jerry” Pat Sikes, 75, of Phoenix, formerly of Paducah, died Aug. 25 at his home.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gerry Sikes; daughters, Simone Naftal of Marco Island, Fla., Rene Faith Sikes of Orlando, Fla., and Terry Sikes; sons, Jerry Sikes of Jacksonville, Fla., and Ronald Faith of Moline, Ill.; sisters, Delores Lyles of Burleson, Texas, Sandra Hooker of Paducah and Wanda Baker of Paducah; brother, Steve Sikes of Paducah; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

His parents were Lola Sikes Haywood and W.E. Sikes.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.

Messinger Mortuaries in Scottsdale, Ariz., is in charge of arrangements.
