George Franklin Cheek, 76, of Paducah died Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.

He worked for Metzger Meat Packing and traveling carnivals.

He is survived by one sister, Juanita Blair of Paducah.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. His parents were Robert Noah Cheek and Mary Louise Gann Cheek.

A private service will take place at a later date.
