Freda Bell Imhoff, 97, of Lakeview, Mich., died Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at her home.
She was employed at Kelsey Memorial Hospital as a linens and laundry supervisor for more than 20 years. She was a member of Lakeview Free Methodist Church.
She is survived by six children, James “Jim” Imhoff of Lakeview, Elaine Ingraham of Scottsville, Larry Imhoff of Lakeview, Charles Imhoff of Williamson, N.Y., Donald Imhoff of Trufant, and Mid-Continent University President Robert Imhoff of Hickory; 38 grandchildren; 84 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Imhoff; two daughters, Gayla Nance and June Olsen; one son, Lee “Bud” Imhoff, and seven siblings. Her parents were Eugene and Annie Bard.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2013, at Lakeview Free Methodist Church with visitation starting at 10 a.m. with the Revs. T. Johnson and Mearl Bradley officiating. Friends may call from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday May 9, 2013, at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview, Mich. A luncheon will be at the church following the service.
