EDDYVILLE — Eva McKenzie Murphy, 94, of Eddyville died Thursday, at Caldwell Medical Center in Princeton.
Mrs. Murphy was a native of Birmingham, Ala. She was a homemaker and a former retail jewelry sales representative. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Eddyville.
She is survived by three daughters, Mary Susan Cruse of Tampa, Fla., Patricia Eddings Davis of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lynn Murphy Aldridge of Eddyville,; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Michael Murphy, and one sister. Her parents were Joe McKenzie and Mattie Belle Faulk McKenzie.
Funeral Mass will be at 8 a.m. Monday at St. Mark Catholic Church in Eddyville. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in Huntingburg, Ind.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Saturday at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Visitation will also be held 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 3 p.m. The Revs. Suneesh Matthew and Steve McVay will officiate.
