Kenny and Cathy Duncan of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Elizabeth Duncan, to Justyn Bryant Knees, son of Jeff Knees of Paducah and Tammy Wedeking of Metropolis, Ill.

Miss Duncan is the granddaughter of Agnes Gore of Nashville, Tenn., and the late Mike Gore, and James K. Duncan of Paducah and the late Zelma Duncan. She is a 2004 graduate of Reidland High School and a 2009 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed by Western Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Knees is the grandson of Joyce Jackson of Decatur, Ala., and the late Robert T. Jackson, Johnny and Jane Long of Florence, Ala., and Betty Knees of Calvert City and the late Frank Knees. He is a 2002 graduate of Reidland High School and is employed by the Paducah & Louisville Railroad.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at Kentucky Dam Village State Park Convention Center in Gilbertsville.
