MURRAY — Mr. and Mrs. Don Jones of Murray recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Jones and the former Janet Mooney were married June 7, 1986, by Dr. Drexel Rankin at First Christian Church in Murray. Their attendants were Gene Jones and Tricia Owens.

Mrs. Jones is retired from BellSouth Corp. and serves as a college professor. She is the daughter of Velma Mooney of Dix, Ill., and the late Raymond Mooney.

Mr. Jones has been in the used car business since 1972. He formerly worked at Ryan Milk Co. and General Tire. He is the son of the late Edward and Clover Jones.

They have two children: Brien Wood of Appleton, Wis., and Brent Wood of Minneapolis, Minn.; and three grandchildren.
