PRINCETON — Services for Deward Randell Boyd, 76, of Princeton will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton. The Rev. Lyn Young will officiate.

Burial will be in Fairview Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Boyd died Sunday at his home.

He was a retired master plumber and a member of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Stewart Boyd; one son, Danny Ford of Caldwell County; two daughters, Tina Boyd Bucy of Paris, Tenn., and Melissa Boyd Peek of Caldwell County; nine grandchildren; and four sisters, Jerry Hatcher of Alveton, Yelvonna Faye Qualls of Slaughters, Wanda Etheridge of Earlington and Velma Stallins of Princeton.

He was preceded in death by three sons, Terry Boyd, Jamie Walls and Jimmy Ford; one grandson; three brothers; and one sister. His parents were Charlie Owen Boyd and Lucy Mae Hopper Boyd McNeely.
