SALEM — David Allen Perrin, age 55, of Salem, Ky., died Monday, October 22, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

He is survived by a son, Garrett Perrin, Quincy, Ill.; mother, Erma Perrin, Salem, Ky.; father and stepmother, Allen and Joyce Perrin, Union Springs, Ala.; a brother, Kevin (Donna) Perrin, Enterprise, Ala.; sister, Shannon (Phillip) Nelson, Enterprise, Ala.; grandchildren, Kyle Perrin and Jennifer Perrin; uncle, Nickie Orndoff, Smithland, Ky.; and cousins, Stephen Orndoff Sr. and Stephen Orndoff Jr., both of Smithland, Ky.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Myers Funeral Home, Marion, Ky., is handling arrangements.
