SOUTH FULTON, Tenn. — Danny “Indian” Stephens, 61, of South Fulton died Tuesday at his residence.

He was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by one son, Shane Ray Stephens of Fulgham, Ky.; seven sisters, Molly Hill of Olive Branch, Miss., Mildred Shumate of Tiptonville, and Brenda Massey, Vicky Stephens, Nancy Stephens, Betty Stephens and Debbie Baker, all of Clinton, Ky.; and one brother, Landy Stephens of Memphis.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. His parents were George Harold Stephens and Ruth Bennett Stephens.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. Burial will be in Clinton City Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
