MURRAY — Dan Wall, 68, of Murray, died Monday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

He was retired from Morning Star local 227, was a member of the Poplar Spring Baptist Church and had attained Journeyman Carpenter status in 1968.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Thornton Wall; his mother, Mary Wilda Cope Wall of Murray; son, Daniel Shane Wall of Elizabethtown; brother, David Stanley Wall of Murray; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Daniel Wall.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Pat Winchester officiating. Burial will follow in Blood River Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
