HARDIN — Daisy V. Lee, 89, of Hardin, Ky., passed away at the home of her granddaughter in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, at 3:25 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013.

Mrs. Lee was a homemaker and a member of the Hardin Church of Christ.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Tiffany Lipscomb and her husband Brian of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; one great-granddaughter, Lily Lipscomb; a special nephew, Ricky Rudd of Hopkinsville, Ky., and several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Franklin Lee; one daughter, Suzanne Minter; one sister, Grace Gilbert; and six brothers, Paul Jackson, Toy Jackson, Roy Jackson, Rudy Jackson, Willie Jackson and Jessie Jackson. Her parents were Authur Jackson and Ellie Darnall Jackson.

Funeral services will be at 12 noon Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home & Crematory.

David Smith will officiate and burial will follow in the Pace Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home & Crematory.
