BENTON — Craig Martin Tucker, age 48, of Benton, Ky., died Wednesday, August 29, 2012.
Born July 10, 1964, he was co-owner of Shop-O-Rama and a member of Unity Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He was a member of the Marshall County Sanitation District #2.
Craig worked at Shop-O-Rama most of his life starting at a very early age. He later went on to buy shares in the business and spent most of his adult life there.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Phyllis (Turner) Tucker of Benton, two sons, Dawson Tucker of Benton, and Justin Nall of Symsonia; one sister, Denise Hargrove, and husband Dale, of Benton; one aunt, Judy Turner of Murray; uncles, Mac Tucker and wife Donna of Benton, Chuck Morton and wife Margaret, W. Terre Haute, Ind.; great-uncle, Ed Carroll, of Murray; two great-aunts, Ruby Lee and Mary Barnett; nephew, Caleb Hargrove, of Benton; niece, Britney Lewzader, of Benton; great nephew, Kasen Lewzader of Benton; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Houston Turner, Ravenelle Mathis, Ed Tucker, and Beatrice Tucker.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, P.O. Box 492, Benton, KY.
Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012, Bro. Danny York and Gary Knuckles officiating.
Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery, Hardin, KY.
Visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2012, at the Collier Funeral Home.
