Cody M. Clark, 18, of Benton died Friday, December 21, 2012 in Calvert City.

He was a member of Southland Baptist Temple and worked at Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City.

He was the son of the late Timothy Wiley.

He is survived by his mother, Melissa Scott of Benton; fiancé, Katlynn Hargrove of Benton; adopted parents, Randy and Deborah Clark of Benton; a son, Axel Rylinn Clark of Benton; brothers, Casey Clark, Corey Clark, James Rupcke, Evan Braboy, and Ronnie Clark, all of Benton; and sisters, Amber Clark, Tana Engler, and Elizabeth Clark, all of Benton.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home in Benton.

Funeral services will be held Sunday December 23, 2012 in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home. Bro. Michael Durham will be officiating with burial to follow in Fooks cemetery. Visitation will be held between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2012, at Collier Funeral Home.
