Clyde E. “Gramps” Lee, 77, of Paducah, Ky., passed away at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Lourdes hospital.
He was born in Cunningham, Ky. Gramps was a retired electrician for the Illinois Central Railroad and the VMV Railroad. He was a member of the Heartland Worship Center where he taught Sunday School for 22 years.
Gramps is survived by his wife, Barbara Lockett Lee of Paducah, Ky.; daughters, Cindy Denison and husband Kenneth of Milwaukee, Wis., Candy McIntosh and husband Edwin of Paducah, Ky., and Peggy Vinson and husband Aubrey of Benton, Ky.; son, Robert Eric Lee and wife Dorinda of West Paducah, Ky.; grandchildren, Emily Denison, Rebecca Lassiter, Cat Denison, Shane McIntosh, Shannon McIntosh, Sean McIntosh, Adam Vinson, Andy Vinson, Aaron Vinson, Jonathan Lee; great-grandchildren, Caydence Vinson, Aubrey Vinson, Cassidy Vinson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. Lee and Naomi McCallister Lee; one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2012, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Johnny Sams officiating. Entombment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
