LATHAM, Tenn. — Buddy Gene Sheron, 76, of Shannon, Ga., died Thursday at his home.

He was a member of Good Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church, a welder/pipefitter and a member of Steamfitters Local 353.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eudell and Kathryn Sheron; and two brothers.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at New Hope Cemetery near Latham.

There will be no visitation. Jackson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
