GOLCONDA, Ill. — Bonnie Joe Phelps Sullivan, 89, died Monday at Pope County Care Center in Golconda.

She had worked at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet.

She is survived by two sons, David Sullivan of Wilmington, and James Sullivan of St. Louis; one granddaughter, Katie Riley; and two great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Paul Sullivan, and one daughter, Joe Anna Sullivan. Her parents were Barney and Joe Alma (Fowler) Phelps.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Aly Funeral Home in Golconda. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Golconda.
