CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — Rebecca Lauren Hester and Robert Louis “Bobby” Henderson were united in marriage June 18, 2011, at First Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tenn., with Dr. William E. Shoulta, uncle of the bride, and Dr. Roger P. Freeman officiating. Music was presented by Molly Shoulta, pianist and cousin of the bride, and Bobby Smith, organist.
The bride is the daughter of Keith and Lisa Hester of Clarksville, Tenn. Grandparents of the bride are Bob and Bettye Shoulta of Clarksville, Tenn., formerly of Paducah, and the late Truman and Agnes Hester.
The groom is the son of Mike Henderson of Clarksville, Tenn., and Laura Breidenstein of Ozark, Ala. Grandparents of the groom are Jack and Dixie Gibson of Clarksville, Tenn., Ellen Henderson of Clarksville, Tenn., and the late Robert Henderson.
The bride chose Miss Sara Saldana of Clarksville, Tenn., as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Breanne O’Day, Miss Candice Kimbrough, Miss Stephanie Clark and Miss Caitlin Long, all of Clarksville, Tenn. Serving as flower girls were Miss Kyleigh Koyama and Miss Abby Koyama, cousins of the groom.
The groom chose his brother, Joey Henderson of Clarksville, Tenn., as his best man. Groomsmen were Craig Amabile, Bradley Jackson, Thomas Purvis and Alex Silkowski, all of Clarksville, Tenn. Serving as ushers and candlelighters were Jeremy Shoulta of Kansas City, Mo., and Joshua Shoulta of Louisville, Ky., cousins of the bride.
A reception followed at First Baptist Church’s Laida Fellowship Hall.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Rossview High School and a 2011 graduate of Austin Peay State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by Clarksville Montgomery County School System.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Rossview High School and is attending David Lipscomb College of Pharmacy. He is employed by Rite-Aid of Clarksville, Tenn.
The couple resides in Clarksville, Tenn.
