MAYFIELD — Billie Usher Osborne, 82, of Mayfield died Friday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. He was a member of the Sedalia Baptist Church, a self-employed dozer operator and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Pritchard of Farmington, Linda Edmonson and Cindy Stroud of Mayfield; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Rae Freeze Osborne; and one brother.

His parents were Marvin Franklin and Opal Redmon Osborne.

Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Park Cemetery, officiated by Keith Osborne, Joey Allen, and Cora Stubblefield. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday at Byrn Funeral Home.
