William Lewis “Bill” Dollins, 82, of Paducah died Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton, Ala.

Bill was born in Harlan, Ky., on June 8, 1930, to the late Martin Joel and Dorothy C. Moore Dollins. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War, and was a 3rd Degree Mason and member of Masonic Lodge #127. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Bill retired from Mercer’s Service Station as an automobile mechanic.

He is survived by four children, Nancy Bock of Paducah, Judy (Hal) Brauniger of Collierville, Tenn., George (Cindy) Bock of Mobile, Ala., and Don Bock of Benton, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one nephew, Mark (Karen) Green; one niece, Cathy (Ed) Taynor; and four great-nieces and nephew.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Miller Bock Dollins; a sister, Jackie Green; a brother, Rube Dollins, and his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2012, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday evening, December 29, 2012, from 5 p.m. to 8 pm.
