CALVERT CITY — Altie E. Norman, 91, of Calvert City died at 12:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at her home.

Mrs. Norman was a member of Pathway Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Ruth Ann Hunter of Paducah; one son, Larry Dean Norman of Calvert City; two sisters, Lucille Barrett of Benton and Julie Heinig of Calvert City; two brothers, Raymond Cope of Sturgis and Harry Cope of Phoenix, Ariz.; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruell Norman; two sons, Joe Thomas Norman and Gary Don Norman; three brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Uriah B. Cope and Nannie Thweatt Cope.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Donald officiating. Burial will follow in Fooks Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today, Feb. 11, 2013, at the funeral home.
