Addine Baker Eleam died Monday, December 31, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital.

She is survived by her children, Vincent and Charlotte; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Otis Baker, and her second husband, Willis Eleam.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Prospect Cemetery, Hodgeville community in Pope County, Ill., with Kevin Richerson officiating.

Aly Funeral Home in Golconda, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
