Cooking is not just something I do to feed myself. It relaxes me. There is nothing like chopping and mixing and then tasting the fruits of your labor. So while it is easy to order pizza, I like customizing it myself and finding out what works. The cost is about the same, but there is a true difference between homemade and premade. The spinach and Feta pizza is simple, but it works as an easy dinner for a Friday night.

Ingredients

1 thin crust 10 inch pizza crust

2 cups of Feta cheese

2 cups of fresh spinach

2 cups of Ragu Alfredo sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Use a sharp knife to cut the stems off the spinach leaves. Slice the leaves into strips.

3. Use a spoon to spread alfredo sauce around the pizza crust. Sprinkle spinach leaves across the crust, then do the same with the Feta cheese. Because it is the only cheese on the pizza, make sure to spread generously.

4. Bake from 12-15 minutes. Slice pizza and serve.
