Mayfield Mayor Teresa Cantrell after receiving news that the U.S. Postal Service's Citizen's Stamp Advisory Committee will review the nomination of Mayfield native and renowned artist Ellis Wilson to be featured on a postage stamp. Wilson, whose paintings portray daily life in the black community, died in 1977 in New York.
