Bobby Terrell Vincent

MAYFIELD - Bobby Terrell Vincent, 86, of Mayfield, died Thursday, June 5, 2014, at his residence.

Mr. Vincent graduated from Cuba High School in 1947.

He served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War era.

He was a deacon and former treasurer and Sunday school teacher at Lebanon Church of Christ. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a former employee of the Graves County Co-Op. Mr. Vincent was a member of the American Legion Post #26, and enjoyed working with the senior citizens food program.

Mr. Vincent is survived by his wife of 64 years, Camilla Bennett Vincent; one son, Greg (Kathy) Vincent of Mayfield; two granddaughters, Jasmin (Keaton) Dunigan of Calvert City, KY., and Jamii Vincent of Mayfield; one great-granddaughter, Neely Reece Dunigan; and two brothers, Roy (Margaret) Vincent of Cuba, KY., and Harold Vincent of Shreveport, LA.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Lynn Vincent; parents, Nathaniel Merchie and Eula Johnson Vincent; brothers, Hayden Vincent and Billy Vincent; and sister, Sarah Neely.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2014, at the Byrn Funeral Home with Chris King officiating. Interment will follow at Cuba Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, at the funeral home.
