Dorothy Mae McNeill

Dorothy Mae McNeill, age 98, of Paducah passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. McNeill was a native of Paducah and was of the Baptist faith. She served as the clerk for the Boaz, Ky., Post Office for 25 years.

Surviving are her son, Barney McNeill and his fianceé Norma Vanlandingham, both of Paducah; two grandchildren, Miranda Wilson and husband Bryan of Mayfield, Ky., and Derek McNeill of Louisville, Ky.; two great-grandchildren, Parker Wilson and C.J. Wilson, both of Mayfield, Ky.; and her wonderful caregivers, Norma Vanlandingham and Marilyn DeLancey, both of Paducah.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn Releford officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, until the funeral hour.

The family requests that memorials be given to the West Kentucky Christian Alliance, c/o Bobbie Guill, 2129 Monroe St., Paducah, KY 42001.
