BOAZ - Dale Edward Johnson, 57, of Boaz died at 7:27 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2013, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.

Mr. Johnson was self-employed in sales and was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 449 of Paducah.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy Johnson of Boaz; his wife, Terri Johnson; two sons, Chase Johnson and Jacob Johnson, both of Boaz; one daughter, Hunter Johnson of Pelham, Ala.; two brothers, Johnny Johnson of Paducah and Carey Johnson of Boaz; one sister, Cheryl Maynard of Katy, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Johnson; and a nephew.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Wayne Carter officiating.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014, at the funeral home.
