Louis Davis waters his plants Tuesday at his shop, Plant Oddities, on Cairo Road in Paducah. With temperatures reaching 90 degrees, it is essential to the health of his plants and his business that Davis makes watering a top priority. Plant Oddities is a retail nursery specializing in plants of the genus Tillandsia, or airplants. Davis grows and cares for over 300 species of Tillandsias and ships his plants worldwide.
