Detectives arrested two Calloway County men Friday afternoon after they delivered methamphetamine to an undercover detective, according to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.
Detectives received information Friday alleging that two Murray men were trying to sell methamphetamine in McCracken County. Detectives contacted one of the men via cellphone and arranged to buy the drug.
According to the sheriff's department, at about 1:30 p.m., Almo residents Josh Mohler, 33, and Anthony Foggin, 24, arrived at the parking lot of a Paducah business at 2730 John Puryear Drive and sold a quantity of methamphetamine to an undercover sheriff's detective.
The men were immediately arrested, and they and their vehicles were searched. During the search, detectives seized more methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drug sales.
Both men were jailed in the McCracken County Regional Jail and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
