Police seek public's help identifying suspect

Staff report

Paducah police seek the public's help identifying a man possibly involved in the fraudulent use of a credit card at the Walmart on Hinkleville Road, the department announced Friday.

A Corydon woman told Paducah police that someone used her bank card numbers to make purchases totaling nearly $900 at the Hinkleville Road Walmart. Store surveillance video shows a black male wearing a black shirt and jacket suspected of making the purchase.

Police ask that anyone with information about the man's identity call the Paducah Police Department at 270-444-8550, or Crime Stoppers, at 443-TELL.

Tips can also be sent via text message to 274637 by entering "KyTips," followed by their information, or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website at http://westkycrimestoppers.info.

Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
