Stuff the truck around town


Pamela Woods (left) of the NAACP accepts a canned goods donation from Susan Woods and Edward Ballard (right) of Paducah as part of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend of Commitment "Stuff the Truck" event Saturday at Washington Street Baptist Church. A truck will be accepting nonperishable food items and donations for distribution to area homeless and family assistance agencies today at Paducah Middle School, as well as Monday at the Robert C. Cherry Civic Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
