Winery expansion plans discussed
McCracken County’s three commissioners say Monday’s meeting with the owner of the Purple Toad Winery to discuss expansion plans did not need to be private.
Kentucky’s Open Meetings Law allows for private discussions when public discussion would jeopardize expansion or retention of a business.
