Hutson-Eddy

Staff report

Chris and Ginny Hutson of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Caroline Hutson, to Matthew Silas Eddy, son of Dr. Lisa Eddy of Georgetown and the late Dr. Mark Eddy.

Miss Hutson is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Park of Paducah, Nancy and Mike Stalls of Hopkinsville, and Dr. and Mrs. Richard Hutson of Colorado. She is a 2008 honor graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and graduated magna cum laude in 2012 from Georgetown College with a bachelor of arts degree in English and secondary education. She is employed by DesignWorks, Inc. in Franklin, Tenn.

Mr. Eddy is the grandson of Mrs. Marcile Eddy of West Lafayette, Ind., and the late Dr. Max Eddy, and Dr. and Mrs. Clifford Swenson of West Lafayette, Ind. He is a 2008 honor graduate of Scott County High School and graduated summa cum laude in 2012 from Georgetown College with a bachelor of arts degree in English. He will attend Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington, Ind., in the fall.

Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, June 21 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah.
