DESCRIPTION: The Community Early Childhood Council and the Family Connection sponsored a visit from "Clifford the Big Red Dog" to Carr Elementary School in Fulton to promote literacy and social skills. 

Clifford accompanied by George Yarbro, FRYSC Coordinator, emphasized reading, manners, and courtesy to the children when they visited their classrooms.
