DESCRIPTION: Picture file:  100_3309 pictures Anita Oliver assisting Areon Ferrell Third grade students of Carr Elementary recently created dioramas to depict a scene from a story read in classes taught by Anita Oliver. The book was titled ÒBrave IreneÓ by William Steig.  Students were quite creative in their endeavors using cotton balls, sticks, paper, and small items from home.  Students wrote about their experiences and one student exclaimed,  Everyone really liked making the dioramas, even me!
