Americans flock to exotic Cancún, Mexico, every year to take advantage of sandy beaches and lively night life. If you decide to go, here are two options: one low-end, one high-end to suit your budget. Prices listed include round-trip airfare from Nashville for a five-night hotel stay on expedia.com. It offers a small discount if you book more than one person per trip.

Le Blanc Spa Resort - $1,779 per person for a five-night stay (including airfare)
All of the 260 rooms have balconies with views of the Caribbean or Nichupté Lagoon.
The adult-only, all-inclusive resort includes taxes, meals, drinks, activities, gratuities, and use of both land and water sports equipment.

The list of things included in hotel costs are exhaustive: in-room liquor dispenser and minibar drinks (restocked as needed), water volleyball, kayaking (at Wet 'n Wild Water Park), windsurfing (at Wet 'n Wild Water Park), paddle boating (at Wet 'n Wild Water Park), use of three swimming pools, two spa tubs, beach and pool chaise lounges, towel service, transportation to Wet 'n Wild Water Park (10-minute drive away), use of fitness center, sauna, steam room, classes, instruction , yoga, tai-chi and tai-box and Pilates.

Evening entertainment includes a circus-themed show, casino night, live music and dance revues, magic show, tango and song performances.

All guests can enjoy butler services such as preparation and delivery of coffee, delivery of newspapers, preparation of bath, ironing services, dinner and spa reservations and shoe shines.

The center of Cancún’s nightlife area is about a quarter-mile from the resort.

Amenities include a small fitness center in the pool area that faces the Caribbean Sea, two restaurants, a lobby bar and a poolside and swim-up bar.

The 260-room hotel gives guests the opportunity to choose two different plans: the European plan (which includes accommodations only, no meals) or an all-inclusive plan.

The all-inclusive plan includes accommodations, unlimited food and domestic beverages, use of non-motorized, water-sports equipment, daily activities program, use of daily activities program and fitness center. Not included are room service food and drink, wine by the bottle, motorized water sports, scuba diving, child care, telephone and fax and tours and excursions outside the resort.

A kids’ club for ages 2 through 12 with a program of supervised activities is free to all guests.

Public buses that run around the clock are available to take guests downtown.
