ULLIN, Ill. — Elaine F. Stout, 79, of Ullin, formerly of Mounds, died at 1:20 p.m. Thursday at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

She was a member of Mounds Church of Christ.

Surviving are seven daughters, Jeanna Juliano of Oviedo, Fla., Sherry Parks of Sandhurst, Barb Rose of Paris, Tenn., Beth Drummond of Puryear, Tenn., Gloria Sutton of Memphis, Tenn., Pattie Makris of Ormond Beach, Fla., and Lisa Tolbert of Tamms; three sons, John Steil of Advance, Mo., Dan Stout of Benton and Darrel Linden of Ormond Beach; four stepdaughters, Sue Gilley of Mounds, Karen Rodriguez and Lois Ann Merema, both of Cummings, Ga., and Sandy Stout of Rogersville, Mo.; three stepsons, Jim Stout of Metropolis, Richard Stout of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Bill Stout of Groves, Texas; a sister, Liz Capet of Yorkville; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Marion Stout, and a son, Peter Paul Stout.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds with Dr. Larry L. Potts officiating.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
