Cassandra Lynne Collins and Garrett Lee Proper will be united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday at New Harvest Church in West Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited.
Miss Collins is the daughter of Thomas and Vickie Collins of West Paducah. She is the granddaughter of William and Norma Colilns of Paducah, and Lee Adams of Paducah and Sue Mitchell of Paducah. She is a 2003 graduate of Heath High School and is employed by Nissan of Paducah.
Mr. Proper is the son of Brenda Proper of Paducah and the late Gary Proper. He is the grandson of Frank H. Mundy of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and the late Fannie R. Mundy, and Eleanor Basch of Weeki Wachee, Fla., and the late John Proper. He is a 2002 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is employed by USEC.
