PROVIDENCIALES, Turks & Caicos, British West Indies — Tara Milner Camacho and William Ray “Billy” Miller Jr. were united in marriage May 30 in a poolside ceremony at Villa Tamarind, with Wayde Coleby officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Judith Lowe Milner of Paducah and the late Billy Joe Milner. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Miller of Paducah, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Herzog of Paducah.
The bride chose Mrs. Lori Mathis Fiser of Paducah as her matron of honor. The groom chose Todd Biggs of Mayfield, Ky., as his best man. Miss Lakyn Rye, daughter of Mrs. Lori Fiser, was the flower girl. Sebastian Camacho, son of the bride, served as ringbearer.
A dinner followed at Magnolia Restaurant. A reception for the couple was held June 24 at Country Club of Paducah.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Carlisle County High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky. She is employed as executive director of Lourdes Foundation.
The groom is a 1987 graduate of Livingston Central High School and is attending Mid-Continent University. He is employed as a consumer officer at Banterra Bank.
The couple resides in Paducah.
